When an enemy receives healing, stuns them for 3 s and applies electric damage over time totaling 150/175/200/250% of the enemy's current HP over 10 s. Flying enemies fall to the ground. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9 s.

Every 16/14/12/10 s, creates an explosion around a random target dealing AoE damage equal to 50/70/90/110% of the target's attack power, and leaves a damage-over-time effect dealing 45/50/55/60% of the hero's attack power for 10 s.
